About Me

My name is Tim Dwyer, and I'm not the most diligent, I'm not the most thought provoking and I'm not the funniest guy you'll ever meet. But in my spare time I try and find a few sites here and there that I can recommend as sites that provide a better perspective on health.

I don't really do guest posts, but I will on occasion link to sites I like and think provide you with some benefits. Right now I really like the layout of the review site WhereToBuyHCGDrops.net (sort of a goofy name,) and OneStopTreatment.com. They do in depth reviews on the lesser known health supplements out there.

I did buy this site from a friend so you will see some older articles with links in them, some I left, some I didn't just depending on how much I liked the site.

The cost of dental Bridges

Having a missing tooth can really ruin your smile and it can make it very difficult to eat. If you have a missing tooth in between two others, dental Bridges are a wonderful way to fix this problem. Having a missing tooth can lead to many problems from speech impediments to an increased risk of decay.

There are a number of dental bridges that can be used in order to replace the teeth that are missing and provide you with a fixed smile and also repair problems such as a change in bite. Your Dentist in Birmingham will be able to talk to you about treatment options for dental bridges including the cost of having dental bridges installed.

Like an implant, you will need to have a porcelain crown made to cover the gap where the tooth is missing. If you have teeth next to the missing one that are already crowned, they are perfect candidates for a dental bridge. They will replace the crown on that tooth and bond it to another crow, which is the bridge. The missing tooth must be in between two teeth in order for a dental bridge to work correctly.

Before the bridge can be installed a Birmingham Dentist will need to take a look at your teeth in order to see if your gums are healthy enough for a bridge. The teeth that will support the bridge must also be healthy and your dentist may need to work on these teeth before they can make the bridge. Once the teeth are strong and the gums are healthy, the dentist will then be able to make impressions of the mouth for the dental bridge to be installed.

Initially you will have a temporary bridge placed on the teeth while a laboratory makes the professional bridge for the teeth. Porcelain bridges are much nicer but they are a little more expensive. A dental bridge is not a cheap procedure and you can pay upwards of $1,000 or more for the bridge.
