It’s up to Jennifer Lopez`s lawyer now, Jay Lavely, to make sure Jenny O`s ‘hoo hahs’ never see the light of day. Her ex-husband, a somewhat shady looking Ojani Noa, had originally been ‘treasuring’ this tape they had foolishly made way back in 1997 and was going to add the footage to a movie about their lives together. 
Tasteless, yet marvelous money grabbing move. Needless to say, a judge last year put a halt on that idea.
Though it’s reported that there never were any actual sex scenes, The National Enquirer has made claim to seeing 11 continuous hours of the tape and that there is a spanking scene , skimpy lingerie and samples of J.Lo`s private bits and pieces clearly on display at times.
It appeared that Noa then decided to sell the footage to his low life girlfriend, Claudia Vazquez for a devious $1 and see what she could get out of it. Share the profits with him of course, as in very large dollars. For a girlfriend to watch her mate with his ex, and she indeed did just that, as well as want to exploit it, well, enough said.
J.Lo obviously does not want this tape on show in anyway to anyone. Although there are more than just a few who might take a hankering for a little view of this beautiful woman in such a vulnerable and private state. She has worked hard to accomplish all that she has and with a loving, Marc Anthony by her side and two innocent children, who can blame her?
With this latest announcement of the tape having been handed in to court and put in a safety deposit box, Jenny can rest a little easier now. Ojani Noa`s partner in crime, err, in business, Ed Meyer was sternly ordered to hand it over where it now sits in Century California’s City National Bank. Mayer has said that he wasn’t too bothered about having to hand the tape over. The judge on the case, Ann Jones has mentioned that there is most likely the chance of bits of footage still available in cyber space. She has put Meyer under oath and ordered him to hit the ‘delete” button on every piece of copied or saved footage.
An expert has been hired by Jenn`s lawyer, Lavey to ascertain that no copies have been made and have been hidden on some internet server in cyber space in a special program known as a “cloud.”
Whenever there is a chance to make a very substantial amount of money on a celebrity’s follies, there will always be those waiting in the shadows to take advantage and strike.
