About Me

My name is Tim Dwyer, and I'm not the most diligent, I'm not the most thought provoking and I'm not the funniest guy you'll ever meet. But in my spare time I try and find a few sites here and there that I can recommend as sites that provide a better perspective on health.

I don't really do guest posts, but I will on occasion link to sites I like and think provide you with some benefits. Right now I really like the layout of the review site WhereToBuyHCGDrops.net (sort of a goofy name,) and OneStopTreatment.com. They do in depth reviews on the lesser known health supplements out there.

I did buy this site from a friend so you will see some older articles with links in them, some I left, some I didn't just depending on how much I liked the site.

Owning and caring for your MX5

The Mazda MX5 hardtop is a joy to drive and own which warrants the best care for the engine and the body.  One of the most important parts of the MX5 is the removable hardtop.  Many owners know too well the dangers of improperly storing the hardtop for long periods.  Like any fine tuned machine, the hardtop is fragile and susceptible to not only scratches and dents but also warping which can render the top useless or have you paying excessively to repair it.

There are many solutions to the problem from self-made storage cases to mid air suspension systems.  The suspension method is designed to prevent warping and should be supplemented with a scratch cover. An average sleeping bag would work.  The straps can be fastened to over clips that connect with the body.  Strong metal grips should be used in conjunction with redundant straps to prevent falling.  The self-made cases require a bit of imagination but as long are the top is not resting on the vertical arms that attach to the car, there should not be a problem with warping.  The inner portion should be made or covered with a soft material and should make as little contact with hardtop as possible.  Finally, cover the outer portion to prevent scratches and other damages.  The best option will always be to purchase a cover, which can be packed or hung safely inside a garage or shed.  These covers can cost anywhere from $100 to $300 and are worth every penny.  These covers are designed specifically for the MX5 hardtop and are built to suit a variety of needs from small spaces to constant movement.

Whatever your decision just remember that the MX5 is a performance machine and should be treated as such.  When possible, check on the hardtop while it is in storage to prevent any lasting damage, even with a professional case.  Nevertheless, most importantly, enjoy the wind in your hair as you drive your newly converted Mazda Experiment 5!
