About Me

My name is Tim Dwyer, and I'm not the most diligent, I'm not the most thought provoking and I'm not the funniest guy you'll ever meet. But in my spare time I try and find a few sites here and there that I can recommend as sites that provide a better perspective on health.

I don't really do guest posts, but I will on occasion link to sites I like and think provide you with some benefits. Right now I really like the layout of the review site WhereToBuyHCGDrops.net (sort of a goofy name,) and OneStopTreatment.com. They do in depth reviews on the lesser known health supplements out there.

I did buy this site from a friend so you will see some older articles with links in them, some I left, some I didn't just depending on how much I liked the site.

Be Healthy For Normal Glucose Levels

Taking care of your health becomes more important as we get older, it’s seems that it takes a few decades before we understand how important good health is and it takes that long for some of us to get a clue an d realize that we are not immortal and that taking care of ourselves just doesn’t happen it takes real commitment and work to keep up with it. One of the first places we notice our health starting to slip away is when that annual physical reveals elevated glucose levels and getting back to normal glucose levels will take some time and effort on our parts.

Usually to go along with that abnormal glucose level is a larger than normal waist and that ever expanding waist needs to be brought to a screeching halt. The addition of those extra pounds is throwing the mechanism that controls blood glucose out of whack and the body has become insulin resistant. More insulin is required to do the job of moving glucose out of the blood stream into cells and our bodies can’t keep up.

What we eat has contributed to this issue and is probably top a large extant the biggest culprit in adding those extra pounds. All that added sugar from processed foods and too much fast food has taken its toll and it’s time to make changes. Switching to a low sugar and carbohydrate/ high protein and green vegetable diet will do wonders for getting back to normal glucose levels. Less sugar will be consumed each day and our bodies will have less glucose to deal with after each meal and in a short time our insulin resistance will be reversed and those extra pounds will start to disappear. It will take time and dedication but change is possible and how quickly that change occurs is completely up to you..
