About Me

My name is Tim Dwyer, and I'm not the most diligent, I'm not the most thought provoking and I'm not the funniest guy you'll ever meet. But in my spare time I try and find a few sites here and there that I can recommend as sites that provide a better perspective on health.

I don't really do guest posts, but I will on occasion link to sites I like and think provide you with some benefits. Right now I really like the layout of the review site WhereToBuyHCGDrops.net (sort of a goofy name,) and OneStopTreatment.com. They do in depth reviews on the lesser known health supplements out there.

I did buy this site from a friend so you will see some older articles with links in them, some I left, some I didn't just depending on how much I liked the site.

Mulberries are composed of many different types of amino acids, vitamins, organic acids, renieratene, etc. Mulberries also contain larger amount of minerals than many other fruits. One of the main causes for skin problems is the slowdown of skin cells generation. Mulberries can accelerate metabolic rate of skin cells, which facilitates skin re-generations. Eating mulberries regularly can also strengthen your immune system and facilitate the production of red blood cells.

The last black fruit to introduce is dark plum. Dark plum may not be as common as the above-mentioned fruits, but its anti-aging property is as strong as the other fruits. Dark plum contains vitamin B2, potassium, magnesium, manganese and phosphorus, etc. Nutrients in dark plum are highly absorptive by human bodies. The organic acids contained in dark plum can be quickly absorbed by the intestinal walls.
