About Me

My name is Tim Dwyer, and I'm not the most diligent, I'm not the most thought provoking and I'm not the funniest guy you'll ever meet. But in my spare time I try and find a few sites here and there that I can recommend as sites that provide a better perspective on health.

I don't really do guest posts, but I will on occasion link to sites I like and think provide you with some benefits. Right now I really like the layout of the review site WhereToBuyHCGDrops.net (sort of a goofy name,) and OneStopTreatment.com. They do in depth reviews on the lesser known health supplements out there.

I did buy this site from a friend so you will see some older articles with links in them, some I left, some I didn't just depending on how much I liked the site.

3 Steps To Eliminate Tiredness

If you have so many responsibilities to accomplish or errands to run but cannot complete them because you are just too tired all the time, maybe you should be asking yourself why am i always tired instead of what can I take in order to get my energy back. Tiredness may be a common problem these days but you have to get rid of it if you want your body to be more effective and more productive. Here are three things you can do to get rid of tiredness in your life and get back the control of your lifestyle and performance.

a) Get the right sleep

Getting right sleep means that you get quality rest at night and sleep for between 6 and 8 hours every night comfortably. You should also sleep at specific times of the night and preserve that pattern till your body gets used to it. Other than that, it is better not to get used to siestas in the middle of the day or grabbing a quick one every time you have a few minutes break.

b) Exercise regularly

This may seem like a dumb advice for someone who is grappling with low energy levels but exercises will actually work to your advantage in replenishing your energies and making you stronger. More relaxed muscles will preserve strength and energy than tight muscles and you will be healthier, more vibrant and better performer.

c) Eat healthy foods right

When it comes to diet, you can significantly turn around your constant tiredness by eating right, and this means you eat healthy foods with minimal fats, greases and preserved and processed carbohydrates and instead take meals with beneficial nutrients. You should also consider eating less food more frequently and avoid taking heavy meals a few minutes before retiring to bed for the night.
